Melinda Van Halteren and her husband Tim have been married for 17 years.  They have three children, Jocelyn (12), Graham(9) and Taryn(6).  Melinda enjoys hiking, reading, golfing, skiing, and spending time with her friends and family.

Melinda obtained her master's in counselling from Tyndale Seminary in Toronto.  She has extensive training in Individual, Couple and Family Therapy.  Since 1998 Melinda has facilitated bereavement support groups and counselled parents, widows/widowers and young adults.  Her client focused practice includes:  individual, bereavement, couple, and family counselling.

Melinda has a heart for those who are struggling through the valley of grief, loss and life transitions.  She works with her clients to find hope and healing in the midst of suffering.  If you or a member of your family is struggling with issues of:
